After careful review and lots of brainstorming, we are happy to announce and
pleased to inform you that we have finally accepted the proposal and bid of:

A)_MCSV BUILDERS INC., General Contractor of San Leandro, CA for the
renovation of the sanctuary of the church and the addition of a handicap ramp
in the amount of $ 53,568.00. This project will start when we receive the
Diocese’s approval and City permit.

B) FLOORING SOLUTIONS of Livermore, CA (contractor/bidder name) for
the installation of new carpets throughout the inside of the church in the
amount of $ 56,645.00. This project will start when the sanctuary renovation
is completed.
